HOUSING INVESTMENT FUND - PRIVATE SITE INVITATION FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
Welcome to the online portal for Proponents to lodge an Expression of Interest (EOI) under the Queensland Government's Housing Investment Fund (HIF).
Submission requirements, including mandatory criteria and evaluation criteria, can be found within the HIF Private Site Invitation.
EOIs are to be submitted via this online portal no later than 2pm AEST on 8 May 2023.
An acknowledgement of receipt will be issued as soon as practicable for each EOI received.

Once the EOI has been submitted, changes cannot be made. If changes are required before the closing time and date of 2:00pm (AEST) on 8 May 2023, you can request the EOI be reopened by emailing HIF@treasury.qld.gov.au. Once the EOI is reopened, it must be resubmitted to be eligible for evaluation.
