Help to Home Expression of Interest

Submissions closed at 5:00PM 30 June 2023 (AEST).

Welcome to the Help to Home Program

The Department of Communities, Housing and Digital Economy is inviting private property owners and property managers to headlease their properties to the department. Approved properties will be sub-leased to Registered Community Housing Providers who will deliver specialist property and tenancy management services to our customers.

We are looking for vacant single or multi-unit dwellings, particularly those which are new to market or may not have previously been available through the residential rental market. Submissions to headlease multiple properties are welcome.

Before you start

Before you start your application, read the Queensland Housing Investment Growth Initiative – Help to Home Expression of Interest (EOI) and consider whether your property is eligible under section 3 of the EOI.
